On Saturday morning, the news broke out that Pandya's father, Himanshu, had suffered a cardiac arrest and passed away. While Krunal left his Baroda team's bio-bubble and took a break from the ongoing Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, Pandya, who was at his Mumbai residence, left for Vadodara as well.
