Explaining the alleged modus operandi, Mumbai Crime Branch officials claimed that Chhabria bought cars designed by his own company on loans financed by Non-Banking Financial Companies and then sold them to third-party customers.Investigators believe that Chhabria sold over 90 cars allegedly using fraudulent financing.
