The wedding was a hush-hush affair where the bride and groom were exchanging garlands and tying the knot. The marriage was held according to Hindu traditions, in the presence of the couple's family and close friends. A reception was held in Kochi on Sunday, April 10 for the film fraternity. The couple was in a relationship for almost 10 years.
The groom, Dhyan is the son of veteran actor-screenwriter Sreenivasan and the younger brother of actor-singer-director Vineeth Sreenivasan. He made his debut through 'Thira' (2013), directed by his brother, and was last seen in 'Ore Mukham' (2016).
The bride, Arpita, a native of Pala, works at Technopark in Thiruvananthapuram. It is understood that the two studied together in Chennai and have been friends for around 10 years.
A beautiful wedding video has surfaced online and is going viral. The over 2-mins clip saw Mollywood celebs including Aju Varghese, Neeraj Madhav, V M Vinu, Srikant Murali, Basil Joseph, Deepak Parambol, Sathyan Anthikad, and Santhosh Keezhatoor.
Dhyan's brother Vineeth Sreenivasan went on to sing the love song from Classmates, Ente Kalbile.
