Why is Vidya Balan learning Malayalam?
Synopsis
The southern talent is gearing up for a Mollywood comeback and hence has started learning Malayalam. The Kahaani actress will be seen in a biopic on Kamala Das titled Aami.
Vidya’s family is from Kerala but the actress was born and brought up in Mumbai. To get a better hold over the language, Vidya has been taking Malayalam lessons from actress-anchor Sree Dhanya.
The film will be directed by Kamal and is scheduled to go on floors from September 24, 2016.
