Vaishnav Girish to perform with AR Rahman at Vijay’s Mersal audio launch

With Mersal, AR Rahman will be composing for Vijay almost after 10 years. Vaishnav will get the opportunity to sing to Rahman's tunes on 20 August at the Nehru Stadium, Chennai. Vijay and AR Rahman will also be celebrating 25 years in the industry.
Vaishnav Girish, the 15-year-old who made a mark with his brilliant singing will now be performing with AR Rahman. The teenage sensation is all set to perform with Rahman at the audio launch event of Mersal, Tamil superstar Vijay’s upcoming movie.
Vaishnav will get the opportunity to sing to Rahman's tunes on 20 August at the Nehru Stadium, Chennai. He will be among the several artists who will be performing with Rahman. Vaishnav has been a part of several reality TV shows and is also the winner of Surya Singer Season 2. He was the third runner up of the second season of Indian Idol Junior in 2015.
What makes it more special is the movie being the 100th venture of the production house Sri Thenandal Films. Besides, Vijay and AR Rahman will also be celebrating 25 years in the industry. With Mersal, AR Rahman will be composing for Vijay almost after 10 years.
Merasal is directed by Atlee Kumar and features Vijay. There are a lot of expectations from it after Theri.
