Sridevi's daughter Janhvi Kapoor turns 21, here is her mother's last year wish

Synopsis

Janhvi lost her mother, Sridevi a few days before her birthday. Sridevi died on February 24 by accidentally drowning in the bathtub of the hotel room she was staying in Dubai.

Bollywood actress late Sridevi's elder daughter Jhanvi Kapoor turned 21 today and her family, friends have shared early posts on social media.

Jhanvi's cousin actress Sonam Kapoor posted a picture of the upcoming actress and said: "To one of the strongest girls I know, who became a woman today. Happy birthday, jannu." 

 

 

Fashion designer Manish Malhotra, who was a close friend of her mother, shared a picture of the trio and wrote: "Happy Birthday, my dearest Janhvi. May God bless you with happiness, love, peace and just everything." 

 

 

Janhvi lost her mother, Sridevi a few days before her birthday. Sridevi died on February 24 by accidentally drowning in the bathtub of the hotel room she was staying in Dubai.

Last year, Sridevi had posted an adorable message on Instagram handle along with a collage of Jhanvi's childhood pictures. Sridevi's caption last year read as, "Happy birthday to my angel, the most precious thing to me in the world, wish you the best birthday my baby love." 

 

 

Sridevi was cremated with state honours last week, and her funeral was attended by the who's who of the film industry. Her ashes were immersed by Boney Kapoor, Jhanvi and Khushi in Rameshwaram over the weekend.

Jhanvi is all set for her Bollywood debut in Dhadak opposite Ishaan Khatter. The film is produced by Karan Johar.
