Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu: Trouble in paradise

So now that they seem to have decided to part ways, we can reaffirm our faith in the film industry's togetherness patterns. 

A TOI report says that Kunal and Soha are at the verge of breakup due to the differences in their 'career' goals. While Kunal wants to have a child, Soha does not want a child as of now. The report further states that Soha wishes to do a couple of films first and then take the plunge.

That's quite all right, but what career are they talking about, again?
