We all remember the iconic role of Shah Rukh Khan as Kabir Khan in Chak De India. Now SRK channelled his inner coach and shared an important message for the Indian women's hockey team.

Taking to Twitter SRK, said that he is heartbroken over the defeat. However, he cheered for the team and said they have served as an inspiration to everyone back home, which is a victory.

"Heartbreak!!! But all reason to hold our head high. Well played, Indian Women's Hockey Team. You all inspire everyone in India. That itself is a victory."

The Indian team on Friday went down fighting 3-4 against Great Britain in the bronze medal match.

Earlier he had given a witty reply to the coach of Indian women's hockey team. Cheering for them to bring gold back home.

SRK has been an ardent social media user amid the times of the Tokyo Olympics. He has been religiously cheering for our athletes. 

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Zero. He will be next seen in Pathan. The film reportedly stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham.
