Ramya friendly with Raphael, but news of their marriage not true, says actress-politician’s mother

Ramya's mother Ranjitha spoke to media and clarified that Ramya marrying Raphael is just a rumour.  

Bengaluru: News of actress-politician Ramya aka Divya Spandana getting married went viral few days ago. Ramya did not confirm nor deny the rumours. But her mother Ranjitha has spoken about it and clarified that the news of Ramya's marriage was false.

Ranjitha, speaking to media, clarified that Ramya and Raphael are still on friendly terms and are close. She also said that she had even discussed their relationship with the couple, but as Ramya does not want to leave India and Raphael doesn't want to leave Portugal, talks of marriage could not materialise.

Ramya's mother also said that Ramya was not interested in marrying a politician or any one from the film industry.

Ramya has not spoken on the issue so far. According to her mother, Ramya has not posted anything on social media in this regard as the party high command has asked her not to update her social media accounts.
