An alleged application form for a Reliance Jio connection for Priyanka Chopra has been leaked and gone viral on social media.

Now whether our desi girl wants a Reliance Jio sim card or the application form is just fake has not been established yet. But PeeCee fans on social media have gone crazy and have shared the form hundreds of times.  The form also has Priyanka's passport size photo, her signature and many other details.

What's interesting is that Priyanka, who is generally very active on social media has not yet responded to the buzz. 

Priyanka was among the first ones to congratulate the Ambanis on Jio launch. She had tweeted, “Congratulations Nita, Mukesh & the entire team on the launch of #JioDigitalLife. Your vision will be truly transformational for the country.”
