Synopsis

This directorial by Gopi Nainar talks of a how a village’s problems related to agriculture, water shortage etc are resolved by a Collector Maestro music composer AR Rahman has released the trailer of her film Aramm  

 

Actress Nayanthara’s next film after Dora is Aramm is a special movie of sorts. The reason being that maestro music composer AR Rahman has released the trailer of her film Aramm.

 

AR Rahman released the teaser on Twitter and said, “Here’s the teaser of #Aramm dedicated to our farmers. http://youtu.be/YXMYS-pwU7Y All the best @kjr_studios #Nayanthara #ArammForFarmers.”

 

 

 

This directorial by Gopi Nainar talks of a how a village’s problems related to agriculture, water shortage etc are resolved by a Collector. This film also comes at a time when Tamil Nadu farmers are suffering from drought and had even staged a protest at Jantar Mantar in Delhi to seek loan waivers.

 

In Aramm, Nayanthara plays the District Collector’s Role. She stars alongside stars Vignesh and Ramesh of the National Award-winning Tamil film Kaaka Muttai.

 

Meanwhile, Nayanthara is also doing a film with director Chakri Toleti for  Kolaiyuthir Kaalam. The film is being produced by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Nayanthara is also starring in Imaikaa Nodigal, alongside Atharvaa, Raashi Khanna and Bollywood director Anurag Kashyap, who is the villain.
