Synopsis

•    MLA PC George has previously acted in 9 KK Road and Elanjikkavu P.O •    The politicians plays himself and his character will be a source of major support to Adil Ibrahim’s role

MLA PC George is all set for his next film Achayans where the politician is playing himself.

George has already acted in films such as 9 KK Road and Elanjikkavu P.O. Achayans is whipping up a lot of excitement due to its ensemble cast like Jayaram, Adil Ibrahim, Prakash Raj, Unni Mukundan and Amala Paul.

The film is being helmed by Kannan Thamarakulam, and this is his third film with Jayaram in the lead role after Thinkal Muthal Velli Vare and Aadupuliyattam. The minister has already finished shooting for his portions in the movie.

In an interview with Times of India the scriptwriter Sethu said, "PC George appears as himself in the opening scene with Adil Ibrahim's character. The leader comes to Adil's rescue."

He also said Sethu says, "It's not a gimmick, but those scenes required someone of PC George's stature as the leader's support is supposed to be the biggest strength of Adil's character. And who better than the man himself?"

The first schedule of the movie has already finished in Vagamon. The film’s next schedule will begin from December 26 in Kothamangalam.
