Season 14 Recap and Season 15 Changes

The plot of season 15 has not been disclosed yet. Season 14 ended with plenty of new opportunities for the characters. Former Chief Pascal (Dermott Mulroney), who had been absent since Episode 14, returns to discuss with Severide (Kinney) his professional options: Chief of Firehouse 51 or Chief of Fire Investigation? As Severide was about to share his decision, an emergency call interrupts his announcement. The episode ends on a cliffhanger when 51 answers an emergency call that a storage facility is on fire.

Victor Terharn will serve as showrunner and executive producer following Andrea Newman's exit after 14 seasons.
