Mahanati poster: Dulquer Salmaan, Keerthy Suresh recreate iconic pose

Nag Ashwin has taken on the responsibility to helm the project. The film has all stellar cast, with likes of Dulquer Salmaan, Anushka Shetty, Keerthy Suresh (as Savitri), Samantha Akkineni and Naga Chaitanya amongst others.

One of the most anticipated films in both Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam cinema this year is Mahanati. This film is about the life of legendary yesteryear actress Savitri, who was a southern sensation who worked across multiple languages - Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and also Hindi.

Nag Ashwin has taken on the responsibility to helm the project. The film has all stellar cast, with likes of Dulquer Salmaan (as Gemini Ganesan), Anushka Shetty (as Bhanumathi), Keerthy Suresh (as Savitri), Samantha Akkineni (as Jamuna) and Naga Chaitanya (as Akkineni Nageshwara Rao) amongst others. This movie will also mark Dulquer's debut in Tollywood.

One of the leaked posters from Mahanati, featuring Keerthy and Dulquer, has gone viral. We are yet to ascertain if the poster is official or fan-made but it has received good response from the audience.
