According to sources, the South Indian cinema power couple is heading towards a split due to the irreconcilable differences.
Sources said "For the past few months, the couple has not made any appearance together in public. There are no photos of them together on social media either. But both have been keeping a dignified silence about their differences so far."
On the professional front, Amala Paul is on a signing spree, and she has some major projects in her kitty to complete in the next few years. Amala was last seen in a Malayalam movie Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum. The actress will be next seen in Dhanush's Vada Chennai.
AL Vijay, on the other hand, is busy with promotional activities for his upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual Devi.
The couple got together in 2011 during the filming of AL Vijay's movie Deiva Thirumagal and went public with their relationship in 2014.
Both got engaged in Aluva, Kochi and later got married in a grand ceremony in Chennai, in 2014.
