Here's why this actress had to answer nature's call in public

Alia revealed how during Imtiaz Ali’s Highway shoot the actress had to go to the bathroom in public.  Alia‘s upcoming films include Dragon opposite Ranbir Kapoor and Gully Boy featuring Ranveer Singh.

In an interview, the actress revealed how she had to urinate in public during the shoot of Imtiaz Ali’s Highway. 

The Udta Punjab actress said, “During Highway, we kept shooting like nomads. We were on the road in a truck, and we would just stop where we saw good locations and just shoot if the light was great.” 

Alia also shared how she had no toilet or vanity van. She added, “It was a guerrilla way of shooting, and I had to pee in the open. I would pee on the roads and joke that people will only get to see my back.”

Wow, Alia is quite a professional. Highway is the movie that broke the star kid image and showed her talent to the Indian public. Since then, she’s taken on diverse roles to prove that she’s a skilled actress. Recently, Alia bagged an award for her role in Udta Punjab at the IIFA Awards 2017. 

Alia‘s upcoming films include Dragon opposite Ranbir Kapoor and Gully Boy featuring Ranveer Singh. This is the first time the actress will share screen space with Ranbir and Ranveer on the 70mm screen.
