Bengaluru: South Indian beauty and wife of actor Naga Chaitanya, actress Samantha Akkineni has revealed why her relationship with actor Siddharth failed.
She allegedly made a statement to one of the entertainment portals and said she would have ended up like yesteryear actress Savithri. She further said that she was thankful to have walked out of the relationship only to find Naga Chaitnya who she said is a 'gem'.
A popular website quoted Samantha as saying, "I would have fallen into such a crisis in my personal life, just like actress Savithri. But thankfully, very soon, I realised it in the beginning and walked out of the relationship. This was when I sensed that it could end up bad. And then I'm blessed to have a person like Naga Chaitanya in my life. He's a gem.”
In the beginning, Siddarth and Samantha were said to be seen at many public events together and had also visited temples to offer pooja.
Later, there was news about their split. Due to personal reasons, their relationship took a beating, which let to a breakup. Both the actors never spoke anything about their relationship after that.
Samantha later found Naga Chaitanya. The couple was seen at a few public events together soon after. They got married in 2017, in Goa and the pair is Now giving all couple goals.
