Dulquer’s Bollywood debut will not be a romantic love story

Bollywood production houses are keen to launch Dulquer in their films as lead However, seems like Dulquer has settled on his debut film in Bollywood The movie is untitled till now and will go on the floors starting September

Dulquer Salmaan is expanding his horizons and is adventuring into Bollywood’s tinsel town. The shoot for his film will begin in September first week and locations will be the picturesque locales of Ooty and Kochi.

In such beautiful locations, you would expect there to be some sizzling romance and some love story but seems like DQ will not be romancing his leading lady in this movie directed by Akarsh Khurana.

In an interview to Times of India on launching DQ in Bollywood, Akarsh revealed that on seeing Charlie, starring Dulquer and Parvathy , he selected his lead hero. This Bollywood movie is yet to be titled but as of the now some of the cast names are Irrfan Khan and internet television star Mithila Palkar.

The director further revealed that there wouldn’t be any romance between DQ and the Mithila, rather all three leads will have separate but important roles to play in each other’s life journeys. Now, that’s an interesting thought. Let’s see if Bollywood gives him all the love that the Southern film industries have given him so far. Or, will his experience also turn out to be like Prithviraj’s Bollywood debacle.
