Did Kangana lie about her pay package?

There were reports of the Queen actress charging Rs 11 crore per film, making her the highest any actress has ever been paid. 

However, a report has revealed that the actress has been paid just Rs 3 crore for her upcoming film with Shahid Kapoor titled Rangoon. Not just this, her other projects too have fetched her almost the same package. 

Even if Kangana is at a pay package of 3-5 crores, it is much higher than what many top actresses of the industry can claim.
