Producer Rockline Venkatesh has the Kannada remake rights of Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy Yash was said to be playing the lead role but now, there are rumours of him being busy with KGF and Rana Has Dolly Dhananjay been approached for the same?
The Telugu blockbuster hit, Arjun Reddy made Vijay Devarakonda an overnight star and film industries in all languages were fast in making agreements for the remake rights of the same.
Thus, producer Rockline Venkatesh has the remake rights for Kannada version of Arjun Reddy. For a long time now, it has been expected that Yash will play the lead role. But with Yash busy in the big budget sequel of KGF and then in another movie Rana, sources say that he might not take up the project.
Though nothing has been announced yet, Tagaru's Dolly Dhananjay's name is doing rounds as the lead for the Kannada remake of Arjun Reddy. Fans have even made poster of Dhananjay as Dhanu Reddy and posted it on social media.
Will Dhananjay bag the lead role in the Kannada remake of Arjun Reddy? Will it be titled Dhanu Reddy? We will have to wait for an official announcement on the same from Rockline Productions.
