Alia Bhatt starts shooting for 'Darlings' shares monochrome pictures on Instagram

 Alia Bhatt turned producer for Darlings under her banner Eternal Sunshine Productions; take a look at her picture.

Mumbai: Even though Aia Bhatt had an unsuccessful run in the past with flop movies like Kalank and Sadak-2, she is set to make a succesful comeback with films such as Gangubai Kathiawadi, Brahmastra and RRR.

Alia Bhatt also expanded her wings and turned producer for her film Darlings. The film will be co-produced by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment. This is her first production where she will also be as a leading lady with Shefali Shah.

The film will also star Vijay Varma and Roshan Mathew, and has a debutbdirector Jasmeet K Reen.

Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram account and shared the hush-hush from the first day of Darling's shoot. She shared three monochrome pictures and looked super casual.

She also penned an emotional caption: Take a look.

Darlings is set against the backdrop of a conservative lower-middle-class neighbourhood in Mumbai, is said to be a story of a mother-daughter duo who finds courage and love in exceptional circumstances. Alia, Shah Rukh and the rest of the team unveiled the film's teaser, which ends with a "statutory warning", "Offending women can be hazardous for your health.
