Aishwarya Rai to romance this south megastar soon?

Aishwarya has starred in a number of Telugu films but this will be her first direct film in Telugu in a lead role. She has also made a special appearance in the song Love to Live in the movie Ravoyi Chandamama in 1999, which had Nagarjuna in the lead role.
Aishwarya has now been reportedly offered a role in Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming film, a biopic on Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy.
Apparently, it is a role that requires a matured and seasoned actor like Aishwarya Rai therefore filmmakers are keen on casting her. The actress is yet to give a nod. In a long career spanning over two decades, Aishwarya has starred in a number of Telugu films but this will be her first direct film in Telugu in a lead role. Following a five-year sabbatical post delivery, Aishwarya starred in Sanjay Gupta’s Jazba and Sarbjit directed by Omung Kumar. She was last seen in a temperature-rising avatar in Karan Johar's 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'.
