When it comes to Virat Kohli, he is undoubtedly the best in the world, in the modern-day. He also happens to be a part of the four horsemen today, alongside Joe Root, Kane Williamson and Steve Smith.
However, have you ever wondered as to what makes him so good with the bat? Many cricketers and experts have given their verdict on the same, while prolific Afghanistan leg-spinner Rashid Khan is the latest to voice his reason.
Rashid feels that the prime reason for Kohli's success is because he hardly strays from his tactic and technique, no matter which bowler he faces. He also thinks that being confident in his expertise and not experimenting too much is also one reason.
"Virat will follow his own process. He goes with his mind. He has his own style and he goes with that. He doesn't do anything different. I think that is why he is very successful. He has a process. He will respect good balls. He will punish loose balls. He has great self-belief. Some batsmen don't have self-belief. That is why they struggle. He believes in his strength," said Rashid during a chat show on YouTube.

Rashid is one of the top performers in the IPL, currently playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad. However, he has expressed his desire to play under legendary former Indian skipper MS Dhoni, while the latter leads Chennai Super Kings presently.
"I have a dream that I play under MS Dhoni because the experience playing with him, under him is very important. For a bowler, the role of wicketkeeper is critical and I don't think anyone is better than him to explain things. Every time after our matches, the discussions that I have with him has helped me," he admitted.
"Last time he told me, 'You have to be careful while fielding, you slide, throw the ball when it is not necessary, you get aggressive. Because there is only one Rashid and people want to see you more, what will happen if you get injured? Keep this in mind; I tell (Ravindra) Jadeja the same thing.'" he concluded.
