The Indian Premier League 2021 is all set to resume in the United Arab Emirates from September 19. Ahead of it, the franchises are making their way into the gulf and marking the build-up for the same.
Meanwhile, Chennai Super Kings had already reached Dubai last week and completed its mandatory six-day quarantine. Consequently, it also began its training session on Thursday at the ICC Academy ground in Dubai.
The players to participate in the session were skipper MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina, Deepak Chahar, Robin Uthappa and many more. The other players, including overseas players, are expected to fly in the following weeks when they get done with their international commitments.

CSK shared the pictures of the same on its social media handles. It was all smiles around.
CSK plays its opening game on September 19 against defending champion Mumbai Indians at the Dubai Sports Complex. The side is currently placed second in the table, just three wins away from playoffs qualification. It would be extra careful following its forgettable season last year in UAE, as it had finished seventh in the table and failed to make it to the playoffs for the first time ever.
