Mumbai Indians' (MI) captain Rohit Sharma smashed a 95-metre six and the ball hit a moving bus. MI will face Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2020 opener
Abu Dhabi: Mumbai Indians’ (MI) captain Rohit Sharma is known for his big hits, be it international cricket or the Indian Premier League (IPL). He is one of the best batsmen in world cricket.
As Rohit continues to prepare for IPL 2020 in the UAE, he was seen smashing a huge six in Abu Dhabi. The ball went out of the stadium and landed on a moving bus.
The video of the same was shared by MI on their official Twitter handle. As soon as he hit the six and the ball landed on the roof of the bus, Rohit raised his right hand and celebrated. That six travelled 95 metres.
“Batsmen smash sixes Legends clear the stadium Hitman smashes a six + clears the stadium + hits a moving Bus #OneFamily #MumbaiIndians #MI #Dream11IPL @ImRo45 (sic),” MI wrote along with the video on Wednesday (September 9).

Defending champions MI will face Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the opening match of IPL 2020 on September 19 in Abu Dhabi. Rohit will be keen to smash more big hits in the actual matches.
Looking at his batting in the nets, one can say that he is in rhythm despite not playing cricket for more than five months due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
