Marketing Minister Adinarayana Reddy is busy with power games wherever he is placed and the cause of much annoyance to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu. He won in Kadapa District Jammalamadugu Constituency in YCP (Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party) ticket but later defected to TDP (Telugu Desam Party).

He has an age old rivalry with former Minister and TDP MLC Rama Subba Reddy and Rama Subba Reddy tried his utmost to stop him from entering TDP. Since his advent to TDP a year and half back, there has been a tug-of-power between the two leaders since both of them belong to the same constituency. Chandrababu giving Adinarayana a minister post was not acceptable to Rama Subba Reddy and the clashes between the two leaders intensified with the other leaders struggling in between.

Recently Adinarayana’s power game shifted to Nandyal constituency though he has got nothing to do with it. Adinarayana was in charge of Gospadu Mandal in Nandyal constituency and in the course of by-election he promised Nandyal Marketing Yard Committee Chairman post to one person since it belonged to his ministerial portfolio. But the same post was promised to two others by Tourism Minister Bhuma Akhila Priya. She went a step forward and recommended the Committee Chairman post to one of the two to Chandrababu.

When Adinarayana heard about this he was levied and fired at Akhila Priya. She on the other hand is angry with the interference of Adinarayana in her constituency and is bent on succeeding in her recommendation. Now it is up to Chandrababu to decide on the issue.
