Swinburne University of Technology researchers have revealed the ideal duration of sitting, standing, and sleeping in 24 hours.
The ideal breakdown was found to be 8.2 hours of sleep.
5.1 hours of standing.
6 hours of sitting.
2.1 hours each of light and moderate physical activity.
The study said this contributed to maintaining glycemic control and promoted heart health.
