Under-construction water tank in Bengaluru collapses; three dead

The incident took place at Jogappa Layout in Nagavara, Bengaluru, where an under-construction water tank collapsed on people killing two people. Twelve have been rescued from the debris. The rescue operation is on and the police fear one is still trapped.
