Deve Gowda was accidental PM: Hassan BJP candidate Manju

Bengaluru: Lashing out at HD Deve Gowda and his family for being opportunistic, Hassan Lok Sabha BJP candidate A Manju said that the JD(S) national president became Prime Minister because of the Congress.

Manju further said that Karnataka BJP president BS Yeddyurappa was the reason behind HD Kumaraswamy becoming the chief minister. He also said that the JD(S) is seeing Dalits and minorities as their vote banks and are not ready to give any position to them.

For the Hassan Lok Sabha seat, Manju is contesting against Deve Gowda's grandson Prajwal Revanna.
