BJP to field Tejaswini Ananth Kumar for Bangalore South Lok Sabha seat

Bengaluru: Tejaswini Ananth Kumar, wife of former union minister Late Ananth Kumar will contest as a BJP candidate from Bangalore South. Her husband had represented the same constituency six times and won.

It was a unanimous decision, party leaders said.  BJP legislators, corporators and workers were in unison in recommending Tejaswini's name as a candidate from Bangalore South, former deputy chief minister R Ashoka confirmed.
