Bengaluru:  Residents of flats in an incomplete apartment complex developed by Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA) had to go without power for 24 hours for having protested over an issue of their enclave. The wobbly coalition government in Karnataka suffered a jolt on Monday (July 1) after Congress MLA from Vijayanagar, Anand Singh resigned from the Assembly.
