Bengaluru: Fearing raid in pub, woman jumps off fourth floor of building

Bengaluru: Police are conducting regular raids at pubs and bars to control nightlife in Bengaluru. During one such raid in the city, on July 25, on Residency Road, a 23-year-old girl jumped off a four-floor building and was grievously injured. She has been admitted to a private hospital and is battling for life. Reports claim the girl wanted to escape the raid and jumped off the building. However, police have denied the occurrence of any such incident during the raid despite photographs doing the rounds.
