Bengaluru: Two students on Saturday night (May 4) night assaulted a police constable after they were stopped for drunk driving. The students are identified as Rahul Tripadi and Aditya who had come to Bengaluru for higher studies from Goa.
The two were taken to the HSR Layout police station after the police officials seized the bike for drunk driving. Rahul began to abuse the police officials and began to vandalise the police station. In a heated argument, Rahul slapped the police constable.
A case has been registered against the duo.
