Right when shutting down of the popular meta-search engine Torrentz.eu disappointed a lot of its users; it made a quick come back on Tuesday in its new avatar- Torrentz2.eu and it's faster too.
The clone website of Torrentz, which is faster and better than the previous one has already started breaking the internet with people going crazy over its comeback.
It was just a couple of days ago when Torrentz.eu had officially shut shop. The closure came within a month after Artem Vaulin, the alleged owner of the piracy website, was arrested."Torrentz will always love you. Farewell" is what flashed on its website.
According to reports, they decided to shut the site because of legal pressure on piracy sites after the infamous crackdown of KickassTorrents. Back then also clone websites of KickassTorrents did hit the internet which failed to survive for more than a week.
Torrentz was founded in 2003 and was the most popular platform to download torrent files. What started as a hosting site, it later expanded to become a meta-search engine.
