A spokesperson for the England and Wales Cricket Board said they have started an investigation into the incident. They will give an official statement once they have more details. Brydon Carse, who is 31, was part of England's squad for the first two Tests against Pakistan. He didn't play in the first Test, which is why he was playing for Durham in the county match, where he took two wickets.
