Manu Bhaker qualified for the finals of the women's 10m Air Pistol event at the Asaka Shooting Range in Tokyo.
Bhaker, who finished 12th in the qualification round, scored 575 points with 14 hits to the bulls-eye.
Yashaswini Singh Deswal, who finished 13th in the qualification round, scored 574 points with 11 hits to the bulls-eye.
A total of 53 shooters participated in the qualification. Of these, only eight could move into the finals.
