Bengaluru: Sri Kumaran Children's Home, CBSE, defeated Mallya Aditi International School to clinch the KSCA under-16 cup. This was the Group I, Division II tournament.
P Yashovardhan was not out at 58 and five wickets by team's Ashutosh S took Kumaran's to defeat Mallya school by eight wickets. Ashutosh claimed 5 wickets for 23 runs and Yashovardhan, apart from being the top scorer, also claimed 3 wickets for mere 10 runs.
Mallya Aditi International School was all out for 163 in 47.2 overs. Samit David (48 runs) was the top scorer of the team.
But Kumaran's scored 166/2 in just 28.3 overs.
