When CSK needed 4 off 6 balls to win, Rachin Ravindra took the team over the line with a maximum, wrapping up the match in style. Dropped short by Mitchell Santner, Rachin mowed it over mid-wicket with a thrashing pull.

However, there was some confusion between the him and Ravindra Jadeja, and at one point, they ended up near the non-striker's end together. WICKET! Vignesh Puthur bowled a full delivery just outside off. Ruturaj saw the opportunity and tried to loft it down the ground for another six. However, he mistimed it, hitting the ball off the bottom of his bat, and Jacks took a straightforward catch at long-off. CSK need 77 off 72 balls to win.

Mumbai Indians posted a total of 155/9 in 20 overs, thanks to quickfire unbeaten innings of 28 off 15 balls by Deepak Chahar after Chennai Super Kings spinner Noor Ahmed (4/18) triggered a collapse in their batting line-up.CSK need 156 runs to win.

WICKET! Khaleel Ahmed bowled a short delivery, and Trent Boult moved aside to hit it straight down the ground. However, he connected with the toe-end of the bat, sending the ball high into the air. Gaikwad ran in from extra cover and took the catch near mid-off.

WICKET! A short delivery by Nathan Ellis skid through. Santner stayed in his crease and was beaten by the pace. The ball hit his back pad, and he was right in front of the stumps. Ball-tracking confirms it would have hit the top of the middle stump.

WICKET! Noor Ahmed clean bowled Naman Dir behind the legs. Dhir tried to sweep around leg stump delivery, but seemed to misread it. The ball dipped under his bat and crashed into the leg stump.

WICKET! Tilak Varma tried to play a gentle shot to keep the strike but missed the ball completely. Noor Ahmed's delivery hit him right in front of the off stump. The ball tracking showed it was crashing straight into the middle of the middle stump.

WICKET! Noor Ahmed delivered a well-disguised googly outside the off-stump. Robin, looking to play an aggressive shot, failed to read the variation from the bowler's hand. As a result, he could only manage to hit the ball straight to the fielder at long-off.

WICKET! MS Dhoni pulled off a stunning stumping to dismiss Suryakumar Yadav off Noor Ahmad’s bowling. Dhoni was so quick that SKY couldn’t even finish his shot before the bails were knocked off.

Looks a good wicket to bat. Prep has been good. We had our young wicket-keeper coming back early to the camp. Noor, Ellis, Rachin and Sam Curran are the overseas.

Suryakumar Yadav (MI): I am good with batting first. We had a lovely camp back home, we were here 2-3 days before. Both are unbelievable franchises in terms of achievements. I am sure it will be a good game. Rickleton, Jacks, Santner and Boult are the four overseas.
