Synopsis

Athletes from India will be seen participating in 10 different sports, out of which medals are also at stake in three sports.

Even though shooters have had a disappointing run in the last two days, hopes would be high for shooters like Angad Veer Singh Bajwa and Mairaj Ahmed Khan to deliver.

In Archery, the men's team will try to clear the initial hurdles. Atanu Das, Tarundeep Rai and Pravin Jadhav would be on the lookout for the bull's eye.

CA Bhavani Devi will be making her Olympic debut in the women's Saber individual event.

Ashish Kumar will be expected to pack a punch in the men's 69-75 kg boxing. 

In table tennis, Manika Batra and Sutirtha Mukherjee will enter the third and second leg, respectively. 

Sumit Nagal will face a tough challenge in tennis. 

Expectations will also be high from the hockey team and badminton players.
