Anil Kumble’s stint as India’s head coach has come to an end. He was appointed as the coach in June, 2016. In the one year of his tenure India achieved great success and his track record as coach is one of the best in recent times. 1. India beat West Indies 2-0 in an away test series in July-August 2016

2. India beat New Zealand 3-2 at home in ODI series in October 2016

3. India beat New Zealand 3-0 at home in test series in September-October 2016

4. India beat England 4-0 at home in test series in November-December 2016

5. India beat England 2-1 at home in ODI series in January 2017

6. India beat England 2-1 at home in T20 series in January-February 2017

7. India beat Bangladesh 1-0 at home in test series in February 2017

8. India beat Australia 2-1 at home in test series in February-March 2017

However, India did lose a T20 series against West Indies, a test series and also the Champions Trophy.
