The family of the newborn have accused the doctor of Bhadravati Government Hospital of negligence, who declared the child stillborn.
Chandra Naik had admitted his wife Sonibai for delivery at the Bhadravati Hospital. Soni had given birth to a baby boy. But as there was no movement in the child, soon after the birth, doctor Manjunath declared the child as dead.
Accordingly, the grieving parents of the newborn and the family made arrangements for the final rites of the child. They were about to bury the child when they observed the child was breathing. Immediately, they brought the child back to the government hospital, where the child was declared healthy.
Following this, the parents and the family of the child has accused the doctors of negligence and staged a protest in front of the hospital.
