Karnataka high court questions BBMP on allowing encroachments on to footpaths

A division bench comprising Chief Justice Abhay Shreeniwas Oka and Justice HT Narendra Prasad heard the petitions and then directed the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike to submit an affidavit.
