All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. But seems like the staff at the US Embassy in India, do have lots of fun and love sharing it as well.
Knowing absolutely well how crazy India is for Bollywood, the staff there attempted to try auditioning for the great film industry. The results of their audition – hilarious! From Shehenshah to Deepika Paudkone in Om Shanti Om, the dialogues they used in their audition is something which everyone will relate to.
Imagine an American delivering Amjad’s Khan’s legendary Sholay dialogue or trying that baritone of the Big B with the Shehenshah punchline. Well, not to make things all difficult for them, they also tried the ‘I can talk English, I can walk English’ monologue of Amitabh Bachchan. Needless to say, it was quite a sight.

The social media team at US Embassy India is certainly upping their game in promoting the friendly relations between the two countries. Hard to say, how long it will be this way since the USA President seems to have a mind of his own.
