Almost 30% employers felt that soft skills were somewhat important for candidate hiring and only 10% felt that soft skills are not significant at all.
Another aspect of the survey revealed that soft skills are hardly important at the senior level and most important when an employee has been hired at a junior level.
Let's take a look at the soft skills which have become the bible of hiring these days-
Listening
Communication
Creativity
Accountability
Flexibility
Positive attitude
Teamwork
So work on your soft skills as this might be the only reason you are not able to bag your decorated dream job.
