Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour
2 tomatoes
2 small onions
½ teaspoon finely chopped ginger pieces
½ teaspoon finely chopped garlic
½ cup cabbage
25 grams ground nut powder
½ cup coriander leaves
5 teaspoon refined oil
3 teaspoon ghee
½ cup yogurt
4 cup water
Method
- Put ghee in a pan and heat it.
- Then fry the wheat flour till it turns red.
- In another pan, heat some oil.
- Add ginger-garlic pieces, chopped onion, ground nut powder, tomato and cabbage. Sauté it for five minutes.
- Then add water, some yogurt and leave it to boil.
- When it boils, add the fried wheat flour to it and stir till it becomes thick.
- When the water evaporates, remove the pan from the stove and add coriander leaves.
