Celebrated writer Amish Tripathi has been receiving rave reviews for his new book, Sita: The warrior of Mithila. While he basks in the glory of that success, he revealed what he actually does to maintain his lifestyle and be balanced at the same time.
In an interview with the folks at Indigo 91.9 FM, Tripathi said there’s a very simple rule that he follows almost every day. “Sleep early, wake up early and stay away from sugar,” he said.
The writer’s simple mantra for a balanced lifestyle resonates in his travel plans as well. He said he only carries a few things such as clothes, books, shaving kit and tooth brush.
