Shocking: Tom Cruise’s Rs 1.01 crore BMW X7 car stolen from Mission Impossible 7 sets in UK's Birmingham

Tom Cruise fell prey to major theft; actor's thousands of pounds worth of bags was stolen after thieves had stolen his £100,000 BMW X7 (Rs 1.01 crore).

Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise was left with a broken heart and a few pounds less richer this weekend. The actor was in UK currently filming for the latest 'Mission: Impossible' movie. 

Unfouchunatly, his £100,000 BMW X7, which is Rs 1.01 crore in Indian currency, was stolen along with some of his expensive personal items from Birmingham, UK.

Tom Cruise has been living in the UK for the last few months with his co-stars Hayley Atwell and Vanessa Kirby. The incident happened when Cruise was busy with sky jumps and dangerous stunts for the film. 

The luxury car got stolen by burglars, with Tom Cruise’s bags worth thousands of pounds. According to The Sun newspaper, "Tom had been driven around in the car while in Birmingham and some of his luggage and belongings were inside it when it was taken."

Later on, the police spokesperson was quoted as saying, “We received a report of a BMW X7 stolen from Church Street, Birmingham in the early hours of Tuesday morning. The car was recovered a short time later in Smethwick. CCTV enquiries have been made in the area that the car was recovered from. Inquiries are ongoing.” 

Tom Cruise had started Mission Impossible 7 in 2020, but the filming was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Mission Impossible 7 is set for release on May 27, 2022.
