Recently Sanjay Dutt shared his experience at a virtual meeting for Cancer Up to Date: Cancer Care Advances in a COVID-19 Reality on World Cancer Day, he said, "When the news was broken, there was a lot of anger inside me and I wondered why me. People take a lot of time to decide how they want to take their treatment further but I had to make a decision quickly because I felt that I didn't have much time. So I accepted my illness and once I did, I thought I'll fight the cancer no matter what. When I came to meet Dr Sewanti Limaye for the first time, it was with this mindset."

And today, on the occasion of my kids' birthday, I am happy to come out victorious from this battle and be able to give them the best gift I can-the health and well-being of our family."
