Ranbir Kapoor's father Rishi Kapoor wanted him to get married. Bollywood’s legendary actor breathed his last at 67.
 

Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor, who was admitted to Mumbai’s Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital on Wednesday night, died on Thursday morning. He was 67.

He was undergoing treatment for cancer in the US and had returned to India in September 2019. In February, Kapoor was hospitalised twice due to his health issues.

Rishi Kapoor wanted to see his son Ranbir Kapoor married. He had then said it is "high time" that Ranbir and his best friend Ayan Mukerji think about getting hitched. "Best friends! How about you both getting married now? High time!" Rishi had tweeted.

Ranbir, 37, is currently dating Alia Bhatt. He was previously in relationship with Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone.
