Indian cricketer KL Rahul dropped images of him with his girlfriend and actor Athiya Shetty on social media to wish the latter a very happy birthday. Bollywood actor Athiya Shetty celebrated her birthday on Friday i.e. November 05. Soon after winning the third match against Scotland in the ICC T20 Men’s World Cup 2021 on Friday, Indian batsman KL Rahul shared pictures of him and Athiya on his Instagram account. Calling her his love in the caption, KL Rahul wished happy birthday to the lady love of his life and has clearly made their relationship official, even though their fans never had a doubt about it.
Athiya and KL Rahul have been dating each other for a while now. The two keep on sharing pictures that are not only adorable but also funny, at times.
Last year, on Athiya’s birthday, KL Rahul had uploaded a picture of them together, calling her the ‘man child’. However, it is this year’s caption with the black heart emoticon that has got their fans gushing over their photos together. Until the late night, everyone had shared images of the young actress to wish her, while eyes were only at KL Rahul’s account.
Earlier, Suniel Shetty’s daughter, Athiya was also seen in London, UK with the Indian cricket team while the cricketers were playing against the English in India vs England Test Series in September.
Her presence in England was officially confirmed when Ishant Sharma’s wife, Pratima Singh has shared an image of them all in England. When Suniel was asked about Athiya’s presence in England, he said that she was there but she had one for a vacation with her brother Ahan Shetty.
Later, another picture from London, during the same Test Series, had popped up on the net. The picture was of a group of cricketers and their respective girlfriends and wives, including Indian captain Virat Kohli and wife-actor Anushka Sharma. This photo too featured KL Rahul and Athiya together with the gang.

The couple has also together shot an ad for an eyewear brand, looking stunning in the photoshoot. The pictures were so impressive that even papa Suniel could not keep himself from appreciating them. He went on telling a media publication how a good-looking couple they are and look good together. He said these by stressing the fact that the couple was roped in by an international brand and that his comments were for the ad only. Well, we clearly know what he meant with those words.
One thing that has always been common in their pictures is how both, Athiya and KL Rahul, have aced at making funny faces. In most pictures of them together, either of the two has posed with their tongue out. Well, whichever way they post, let more of their pictures come in as they prove to be a treat for the couple’s fans.
KL Rahul had once posted an image on Facebook wherein he is trying to recreate the iconic ‘Hera Pheri’ scene of “Mai Devi Prasad Bol Raha Hu”. While KL Raul is pretending to be on a call here, Athiya is having a good laugh at the funny moment.
